I know, I know...

You have seen these before.
But they are still the most amazing pictures of the new Camaro.

First, they are the only ones around showing the final headlight designs. All the prototypes caught on the streets still have the temporary set ups.
And they are the only pictures of the production version of the gorgeous convertible.

I really hate the rear end on this car, it looks unfinished, or under designed, and those tailamps yuck !

The tail lights are different I must say, but I think it
is time Chevy dumps the bow tie emblem.

I have yet to see reverse lights on any of the mules, and I agree the rear end does not look complete. In fact, it looks like it was an afterthought.

so when is this convertable coming out ??? 2011 ?

The new Mustang, Camaro, and Challenger, all look pretty much the same from the side.

The reverse lights are teeny tiny tabs in the lower rear bumper.

Gorgeous? Dunno Vince this looks far less impressive than the coupe to me and in profile it is not better nor worse than the Mustang which is quite older. By the time of its release this is going to look even more dated

This should have been out two years ago. GM was too preoccupied with cash-cow trucks and SUVs to care about the car market.

The wheels on the bottom car are terrible. Just terrible. This looks like the rental version.

VINCE: When gasoline hits $5 a gallon... GM has had several secluded meetings about the future of all their rear drive V8 powered variant models across the board and the outlook is NOT VERY GOOD! Expect to see some VERY SUDDEN CHANGES and DISAPPOINTMENTS in the near future. This is all I can divulge for now...

Well thank you so much. That was completely worthless. It's pretty much assumed that all automakers are having these discussions. And for those who aren't, it'll be a rewind of the oil embargo all over again.

The tires on the lower photo look like donuts by modern standards. No greater inspiration and encouragement for the aftermarket wheel lovers.
