It's a Shelby, not a Cobra. The Cobra was removed from the product plan last November. The Cobra had an even more powerful engine, as well as an IRS and larger Brembos all around.
I guess you can't see it on the picture, but it does have a Cobra logo on each front fenders...
the Cobra name was removed, not the badging. It's the 2007 Ford Shelby GT500 Mustang.
